When Free Will Baptists gather in Tampa this month for the annual Convention, they will have a vast array of seminar choices. Among them are three seminars offered by members of the Commission for Theological Integrity. While these seminars aren’t official presentations of the Commission (see this prior announcement about the annual Commission seminar on Monday at 1:30pm), they do represent exercises in theological and practical reflection.
One seminar will address the deeply personal and ministerial challenges associated with infertility, which is connected to our understanding of creation, the Fall, marriage, and anthropology. The second deals with biblical sexuality, which is connected to the doctrine of creation and marriage. A third concerns denominational identity, which is associated with the doctrine of the church and doctrine more generally.
Below are the presenters, seminar titles, and seminar locations. For a fuller look at seminars on tap for this year’s Convention, the official program can be viewed here.
